                            **A meeting of specialists from the TH Group company and representatives from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Russian Chemists Union took place following the International Innovation Forum "Russian Industrialist", during which negotiations with the Director of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Chimvest Research and Technology Centre" V. K. Savchuk were held on the companies' stand.**

A round table on the "Digitalisation of the Chemicals Industry: challenges and prospects" was held on 20th November 2019 in the Analytical Centre affiliated to the Government of the Russian Federation in the framework of the conference "Prospects for Infrastructure Transformation of the Chemical and Petrochemical Industry". Igor Lyashkov, Deputy Director of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Chimvest Research and Technology Centre", presided over the event.

Representatives of the industry's manufacturing companies, experts from leading Russian companies in software development, including those for chemical industries all attended the conference. Among those participating were Mariia Sergeevna Ivanova, Vice President of the Russian Chemists Union, and Mikhail Nikolaevich Ermolovich, representative of the Expert Council of the State Duma Committee on Energy.

Andrey Orlov, Director for Development of the Reliability Technologies Group of Companies, participated in the discussion regarding the directions and tools for increasing the efficiency of oil and gas chemical companies within the framework of digital transformation. One of these directions is the application of unmanned technologies to monitor technological processes and to estimate the condition of production complexes. The unique invention of the drone inspector by the group of companies is designed to inspect various industries' equipment and production infrastructure. The model is equipped with a special collision protection system, making it safe for the operator and the equipment itself. The design features allow for the drone to function in conditions of poor light and inaccessible and dangerous places. The use of such technologies at industrial enterprises will consequently lead to the preservation of working resources and will eliminate risks to employees' lives and well-being.

According to the results of the round table, all experts confirmed that the digitalisation of the chemicals industry in Russia has got off to a very good start, therefore providing industrial enterprises plenty of opportunities to develop new products based on artificial intelligence, VR-systems, and the possibility to improve existing technologies.

                            **From 13th to 15th of November, 2019, at the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre in St. Petersburg, TH Group demonstrated their own inventions at the exhibition of industrial innovations at the Russian Industrial International Forum - the largest venue for the promotion of scientific and technological potential in Russia.**

The participation of the TH Group was organised by the Department of Economic Development of Belgorod Region and the Export Support Centre. Four companies – Skypower, Geoexpert, Pier and Kvanta, presented the exhibit booth of the Department of Economic Development of Belgorod Region, the Export Support Centre and the TH Group. The companies presented their own inventions regarding industrial application and digital technologies and tools in the field of artificial intelligence, robotics, contract development of electronics and software in the sections of "Automation" and "Modern technologies and materials".

Leading software design experts from Pier LLC presented their own projects to visitors: web and mobile applications, online services for automating business processes, RCM Navigator hardware and software complex to manage production assets at industrial enterprises.

Design engineers from the Kvanta Design Bureau presented their own results, which included a controller capable of managing the display of information on the energy-efficient screens of Electronics Paper Display, Bluetooth5 modules for use in IoT and other electronic modules and boards. Most visitors were interested in the company's services and implemented projects. A dialogue has already been initiated regarding cooperation in the field of electrical component projects and research and development projects.

Geoexpert presented the development and manufacturing possibilities of georadiolocation equipment based on Stepped Frequency Continuous Wave (SFCW) technology. Visitors to the booth of the TH Group were able to learn more about modifications of the georadiolocation systems and patented methods of data processing.

Skypower exhibited their own invention, namely, the drone inspector in the field of security for industrial inspections. This high-tech device is designed to operate in smaller spaces, poor lighting, or where there is no possibility for safe human access.

During three days of the business trip, the TH Group experts team was literally able to participate in a direct dialogue between the government, business and science, where they discussed issues relating to ensuring a higher level of production reliability, the prospects for cooperating with B2B companies, as well as exploring various ways of developing the industrial sector in Russia.

                            **On November 4–7, 2019, TH Group's companies Pier, Geoexpert, Skypower, and Kvanta participated in the International Exhibition & Conference Websummit 2019 that took place at Altice Arena in Lisbon, Portugal. The group's participation was organized by the Department of Economic Activity of the Belgorod Region and Export Support Center.**

At the stand furnished by the Department of Economic Activity of the Belgorod Region, Export Support Center, and TH Group, visitors introduced themselves to projects of TH Group, including proprietary IT solutions: a web app, mobile solutions for iOS and Android, online workflow automation services, and RCM Navigator appliance. Also, the group of companies presented other web solutions developed for industrial, retail, medicine, finance, insurance, transport, and logistics organizations.

Skypower is specialized in designing and modeling unmanned vehicles, developing software, configuring and testing unmanned systems. The company hosts professional drone handling courses (including drone racing).

During the exhibition, the specialist team answered guests' questions on products and solutions and discussed perspectives of interacting with international companies. The goal of participating in Web Summit is promoting products labeled Made In Belgorod Region and Belgorod Region-based enterprises in international markets, with the support of the Department of Economic Activity of the Belgorod Region and Export Support Center.

                            **On October 28–30, 2019, at the Business Center of the Salut hotel complex (Moscow, Russia), the 2nd Research and Practice Conference ENGINEERING SEISMIC EXPLORATION AND SEISMOLOGY 2019 was hosted. Representatives of Geoexpert were speakers and exhibitors at the event.**

The conference featured an exhibition of geophysical equipment and software for engineering surveys and monitoring hazardous geological processes. At the stand, Geoexpert's engineers and developers demonstrated proprietary ground-penetrating equipment based on the Stepped Frequency Ground Penetrating Radar System and introduced patented design and data processing solutions.

Vladimir Sugak, Geoxpert's Lead Scientific Advisor, PhD Candidate in Physics and Mathematics, and Ekaterina Mikhaylyuk, PhD in Physics and Mathematics, Assistant Professor at the Department of Automation and Information Technology of the Stary Oskol Technological Institute of MISiS, presented a scientific report which contained comparative characteristics of main types of sounding signals in ground-penetrating radar systems. The engineers not only carried out the detailed analysis of sounding signal types but also delivered the results of exploring the physical properties of the ground, thereby proving the efficiency and relevance of the developed data interpretation method.
